The problem

You didn't go to chiro school
to write captions on a Tuesday night.

01
You sit down to batch a week of Reels and stare at a blank screen for 40 minutes. Then you film one mediocre one and close the app.
02
You know your care plans are underpriced. You've known for a year. You haven't sent the letter because writing it feels like a whole weekend.
03
Lapsed patients pile up in the CRM. You think "I should email them." You don't — because what do you even say.
04
You've tried ChatGPT. It gave you a 700-word caption that opened with "In today's fast-paced world." You closed the tab.

The problem isn't AI. The problem is nobody built prompts for your job.

What ships in the pack

50 prompts. Two pillars. Every prompt has
a Ships, a Use When, a Time, and a Works In.

Pillar one

Brand · 25 prompts

Content, hooks, carousels, captions, patient education, social proof.

  • #0112 Reel Hooks With On-Screen Text
  • #11Patient Testimonial Into Three Shipped Assets
  • #19"What To Expect On Visit One" Carousel

Plus 22 more — weekly content batches, voice calibration, IG bio rewrites, Reel scripts, before/after captions, FAQ posts, Google review reply templates, and the patient-education library most chiros never get around to building.

Pillar two

Income · 25 prompts

Pricing, packages, care plans, upsells, referrals, reactivation, partnerships.

  • #26Care Plan Price Restructure + Patient Announcement Letter
  • #275-Email Reactivation Sequence For Lapsed Patients

No practice ops. No staff SOPs. No clinical protocols. Those are workshop territory. This pack is everything you can ship from your laptop alone.

Prompt #01

12 Reel Hooks With On-Screen Text

Ships12 ready-to-film Reel hooks — spoken line (8–14 words) + on-screen overlay (4–6 words).
Use whenYou sit down to batch a week of Reels and stare at a blank screen.
Time8 minutes.
Works inClaude, ChatGPT.
You are a chiropractor writing 12 short-form Reel hooks for Instagram.

My practice:
- Location: [CITY]
- Patient avatar: [WHO YOU MAINLY TREAT — age range, work, main pain]
- My tone: [DRY / WARM / DIRECT / EDUCATIONAL — pick one or two]
- What I do NOT want to sound like: [e.g. influencer chiro, scare-tactic chiro, generic wellness coach]

Write 12 Reel hooks. Each hook = a SPOKEN LINE (8–14 words, sounds natural
when said out loud) + an ON-SCREEN TEXT OVERLAY (4–6 words, no emoji,
sentence case).

Mix exactly:
- 3 CONTRARIAN — push back on something patients commonly believe
- 3 CONFESSIONAL — admit something most chiros won't say
- 3 SPECIFIC TO ONE PATIENT TYPE — name the avatar in the hook itself
- 3 VISUAL DEMOS — describe a 2-second visual the camera should show
  while the line is spoken

Rules:
- No "Did you know", no "Are you tired of", no rhetorical openers
- No medical claims I can't make as a chiropractor
- Each hook must work as the FIRST 2 SECONDS of a Reel — if it doesn't
  stop a thumb, rewrite it
- Sound like a chiropractor talking, not a marketer writing

Format as a numbered list. Label each one with its category.

Inputs used: Milan · desk workers 30–55, neck and lower-back pain · dry + direct · doesn't want to sound like an influencer chiro.

Who it's for

Three kinds of chiropractor
get the most out of this.

Built for the work you actually do in the cracks between patients — laptop open, 30 minutes, one asset out the door.

Profile one

The solo practice owner

You're the chiro, the marketer, the receptionist when Maria's off sick. You don't have a content team. You have 30 minutes between patients. This pack gives you assets in that 30 minutes.

Profile two

The multi-practice owner

You're past the bottleneck of trading hours for money, but every clinic still needs content and every clinic still has lapsed patients. Hand the pack to your manager. They ship. You review.

Profile three

The early-career chiro

Three years in. Booked enough to pay the bills, not enough to feel safe. You're trying to grow the brand and tighten the income side at the same time. This is the cheapest hire you'll make this year.

Why it works

Built tight, so the output's right
and the time you save is real.

Five things deliberately left out of the pack. Each one is exactly why a prompt runs in ten minutes and ships an asset you'd actually send.

What you need

If you can copy and paste,
you can run this pack.

No tech setup. No API keys. No plugins, no connectors, no scripts to install. Open the chat window, paste the prompt, edit the brackets in plain English, hit send. If you've ever sent a WhatsApp message, you have all the technical skill this pack needs.

01

A ChatGPT or Claude account

Free tier works. Paid is faster and handles longer prompts — your call. Same prompts, either tool.

02

A laptop or phone

Anywhere you can open a browser tab. Between patients, on the couch, at a café. That's the whole setup.

03

Zero technical setup

No API keys. No plugins. No connectors. No agents to configure. Just the chat window you already use.

04

Copy-paste skills

Read the bracket, swap it for your specifics in plain English, send the prompt. That's the entire workflow.

Pricing

One product. One launch price.

Fifty prompts. Lifetime updates. No subscription, no upsells, no add-ons. €9 for the launch — a limited number of spots before it goes back to €27.

7-day refund. Use it, decide it's not for you, email me, money back. No form, no friction.

FAQ

The things people always ask.

Does this work with ChatGPT?
Yes. Every prompt is written to work in both Claude and ChatGPT with no edits. I use Claude personally. The pack works the same in either.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can copy, paste, and edit text inside square brackets, you can run every prompt in the pack. No API, no plugins, no setup. Open the chat, paste, edit, send.
What if I already use Claude or ChatGPT for my practice?
Then you already know the problem — most of your output is generic because your prompts are generic. The pack is 50 prompts a chiropractor wrote for chiropractors. Specific inputs, specific outputs.
How is this different from a generic prompt library?
Generic libraries give you "write a marketing email." This pack gives you "5-email reactivation sequence for lapsed patients, in your voice, with a P.S. that books a re-eval." Every prompt ships one asset a chiro will actually use this week.
What if I get it and don't use it?
Email me inside 7 days. Full refund. I'd rather you have your €9 back than have a file you don't open.
One more thing

You'll spend more than €9 on coffee this week.
One of those purchases will save you 10 hours.

All 50 prompts. €9 at launch — limited spots. Then it goes back to €27.
